Just Surrender pulled out of their UK tour a little while ago but they said they would make up for it so I guess supporting on this tour is kind of doing that, they will probably make up for the dates lost on the US one.

I really dont like You Me At Six :/

Quote :
When bands from the UK/US play in france, what language to they speek in in between songs. Or do they not do much mid-set banter?
Because wouldn't like alot of people not understand it?

Usually the band tries to speak a little bit of french and then they apologize for only knowing a few words and then they speak in english haha
Some people actually understand and other try to and in the end they end up screaming no matter what the band said hahaha XD

(sorry it took me so long to answer you)

Can't wait for the show though I'm already scared of dying there haha XD

HAHA.
I bet Danny would be well funny speeking French.
It'd be really weird not knowing what they were saying I think.
But then I think you guys know English a hella lot better than we know any languages!

Haha they can be pretty wild depends on the type of crowd but since none of the bands playing are like hardcore bands safe to say you'll be okayy :] lol

I think these sorts of shows are worse for being wild than the more hardcore bands, coz its almost all people like us. Trying to cram their way down the frount. And everyone is young and overexited.
Someones been on the cherry aid.
Yeah, UK shows are a bit on the mad side comepared to my amercian gig experience (proj rev)
But its all good fun.

idk how it is over there
but ive only had to get out of a pit twice in my entire how ever many years of going to shows
one was boys like girls but thats because i hate them
and the other was paramore cause it was freaking INSANE
not gonna lie. amazing show when you arent being crushed to DEATH in the pit.
like people get their ribs messed up from the barrier and shit. its crazy stuff

I think a lot of UK shows are a bit mad cause if its a band from the US its kind of a novelty to see them so everyone wants to get close and people get squashed. In the US bands not only have their own tours but there is Warped and loads of other tours that go on across the country so the bands are a bit more accessible.

The two Paramore shows Ive been to were pretty insane, the first I was at the front but behind another girl. It was only 500 people and there was no barrier so the crowd was mental, also the tickets pretty much sold out in the presale so it was big fans going. The other was bigger and I was on the balcony. The crowd were moving the whole almost the whole width of the room so Im so glad I wasnt down there.

Islington I think is about 700 capasity but it has a barrier so its gonna be good, I prefer smaller shows.

You guys are in for one heck of a show.
Just surrender were awesome, i don't like you me at six, but half the people at the Glasgow show seemed to be there just for them =/
& the audition, well Danny had the place going crazy, i'm in so much pain right now, i haven't came home from a gig in pain in ages, that's when you know it's been an awesome night.
I was 3 from the front & ahh it was crazy!

Looking at the avatars, Danny totes needs to change his clothes!

I shall be going to this show, I doubt I will be queuing though because people always queue insanely early in London for some reason and I am in umi till 11am then need to get the train to London.

It is last night of tour and my friends 21st birthday so we shall be partying HXC. Not really much change there then!

They are usually all about 12 anyway and usually need to get out before the main band is on, I wouldn't worry too much! Plus some of kids are there for YouMeAtSix as well, so loads of them dissapear when they announce they will be at merch after they finish playing.

You just doing London?

That's how it was here. Lots of people left after Envy On The Coast. I wouldn't be too worried.

Thats such a nice pic you have there Very Happy I hope I can get to meet them.

I always go to shows early in London and I will get to them around 1:30ish but there will be people who have been there since early morning and some have sleeping bags. That is just mental, I could never do that. I dont see the point cause if you want to get there that early to get to the front, you arent gonna be able to take massive rucksacks there so will need to put them in the cloakrooms and by that time, 50+ people have gone past you.
